Drive our fleet and lead the crew from start to finish on every job. This is a leadership role. We are looking for people with real moving industry experience who know how to run a team, communicate with customers, and take ownership of the outcome. CDL is a plus but is not required — what is required is the experience and the drive to lead.

Background Check

Required for all positions. We work inside people’s homes. A clean record is mandatory.

Drug Test

Required before your first day. Safety is not optional on a moving crew. We run a drug-free workplace.

Everyone Works

Is a background check and drug test required to work at LiteMovers?

Yes — both are required for every candidate, every position, no exceptions. We work inside people’s homes and handle their personal belongings. Our customers trust us with the contents of their lives. A clean background and a drug-free record are the baseline requirement before your first day on the crew.

Where do operations run out of?

Our operations are based in King of Prussia, PA. It is a central, easy-to-reach location for crew members coming from Chester County, Delaware County, Montgomery County, and Philadelphia. Most days start and end at our King of Prussia facility. Our mailing address is 687 West Lancaster Ave, Wayne PA 19087.

Do drivers have to help with loading and unloading?

Absolutely. Every person on a LiteMovers crew works — including the driver. There are no passengers on our team. Drivers are expected to lead and to work alongside their crew from first item loaded to last item placed. If you are looking for a job where you wait in the cab, this is not the right fit.

What kind of experience do you look for in a driver-foreman?

We want people who have done this before. Specifically, we look for candidates with real moving industry experience who have led crews, handled customer relationships, and understand what it takes to run a clean, professional job from start to finish. A CDL is a plus but the experience and leadership ability matter more to us than the license class.
