- Criminal background check — National and county-level screening through a third-party verification service. We do not hire individuals with theft, violence, or fraud convictions.
- Motor vehicle record review — All drivers must have clean DMV records and hold valid commercial driving credentials where required.
- Drug screening — Pre-employment drug testing in compliance with FMCSA regulations for interstate carriers.
- Reference verification — We contact previous employers and personal references. We look for reliability, physical capability, and a track record of careful work.
- In-person interview — Ed Bogusz personally interviews crew candidates. We hire for attitude, attention to detail, and the patience required for senior moves and high-value estates on the Main Line.
