Malvern Commercial Movers
Great Valley Corporate Center, pharma campuses, and Route 29 office parks
Great Valley Corporate Center is the largest suburban office park in Chester County — and one of the most demanding move environments in the region. Pharma headquarters, clinical trial offices, financial services firms, and tech companies all sit side by side along Lee Boulevard, Liberty Boulevard, and Phoenixville Pike. LiteMovers handles their office relocations with the precision the industry requires.
We are a Chester County and Montgomery County mover with crews stationed minutes from Great Valley. Our PA PUC license A-8916211, USDOT 2173383, and MC-888055 are in good standing. Every move includes COIs to the landlord and tenant before the truck pulls in.

We bring anti-static crating for instrumentation, climate-aware transport for sensitive materials, and chain-of-custody documentation for records moves.
- ✓ Bench, hood, and instrumentation moves with original packaging or custom crates
- ✓ GxP-aware documentation transport with sealed-tote chain of custody
- ✓ Refrigerated and frozen sample relocation coordinated with your in-house team
- ✓ Anti-static padding for IT equipment and analytical instruments
- ✓ Climate-controlled warehouse storage for staged or phased moves

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you handle lab and life sciences moves at Great Valley?
Yes. Our crews are trained for office-side and bench-side moves in life sciences spaces. We crate lab equipment in anti-static materials, transport refrigerated and frozen samples in coordination with your in-house team, and provide chain-of-custody documentation for regulated records. We do not handle hazardous materials, controlled substances, or radioactive sources — those require specialty carriers — but we coordinate with your specialty vendor so the standard office and bench items move on a unified schedule. Most life sciences moves in Great Valley involve a hybrid scope.
Can you coordinate with our furniture and IT vendors?
Yes. Multi-vendor moves are routine. We work alongside your office furniture installer, A/V vendor, IT cabling team, and security system installer to sequence the move so trades arrive in the right order. Typical sequence: cabling and electrical complete, furniture install begins, LiteMovers transports legacy equipment, IT cutover, and final detail. Our move coordinator joins your project team’s weekly call so everyone stays on the same schedule. We have worked with most of the major office furniture dealers serving Chester County.
How much lead time does a Great Valley office move require?
Six to twelve weeks is typical for offices in the 30 to 200 employee range. Larger pharma and life sciences relocations often require three to six months of planning because lab decommissioning, validation, and IT cutover have long lead times of their own. Smaller offices under 25 employees can often book three to four weeks out, especially for weekday moves. We recommend booking the move coordinator visit as soon as you sign your new lease — even before you have a target date — so we can advise on what is realistic.
Do you provide storage for offices that need to phase a move?
Yes. Our climate-controlled warehouse in the King of Prussia area stores furniture, files, and equipment for any duration — from a few weeks during a build-out gap to several months for a longer construction project. Inventory is tracked, palletized, and shrink-wrapped. We can deliver items back to your space on a scheduled basis, which is useful when furniture, A/V, and IT come back in waves. Storage is billed under our PUC tariff and quoted by volume.
Do you offer move management for distributed teams?
Yes. When a company consolidates a remote-and-hybrid workforce into a Great Valley headquarters, we coordinate the move-in of home-office equipment from individual employees. Each employee’s items get a labeled crate and a delivery slot. We can also handle home-office returns when companies offboard employees or relocate them out of state. Distributed moves are billed under our PUC tariff and require a coordinator call to set the scope.
