Law Firm & Professional Services Moves
Law firms in Wayne and Radnor often combine attorney offices, conference rooms, libraries, and active file storage. We move them as a unit. Library shelving comes down and goes back up in the destination configuration. Active files travel sealed and labeled. Conference room furniture — credenzas, conference tables, marker boards — receives extra padding. Reception areas are set up before the move ends so the firm opens for business Monday morning.
After-Hours and Weekend Moves
Radnor Corporate Center, Radnor Financial Center, and Glenhardie all run loading dock reservations through their property management offices. Most moves happen Friday night through Sunday so business operations are not interrupted. We handle the elevator and dock reservations, security check-in, and COI submission as part of standard scope.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you carry the right insurance for Radnor Corporate Center?
Yes. Radnor Corporate Center, managed by Brandywine Realty Trust, requires general liability of at least one million per occurrence, two million aggregate, automobile liability coverage, workers’ compensation, and waivers of subrogation in favor of the landlord. LiteMovers carries all of these as standard. Our certificate-of-insurance team issues the COI to Brandywine within 24 hours of your request and ensures it is on file with the building management office before move day. Most other Wayne and Radnor buildings have similar requirements, and we meet or exceed them all.
Can you move a law firm without exposing client files?
Yes. Confidentiality is built into our law firm move protocol. Files travel in sealed totes with chain-of-custody logs signed by the firm administrator at origin and again at destination. Active filing cabinets can move with contents in place, locked, and seal-tagged. Our crews are W-2 employees who pass background checks and sign confidentiality agreements. We do not use day-labor or subcontract crews on professional services moves. Many Wayne and Radnor firms have moved with us through multiple office changes over the years.
What hours do you work on weekend moves?
We schedule weekend moves around the freight elevator window your building approves. Most Radnor and Wayne buildings allow Friday from 6 PM through Sunday at midnight. Our crews typically start Friday at 6 or 7 PM, work through the evening, return Saturday morning for the bulk of the move, and finish Sunday with furniture installation and IT setup. For larger moves, we run two shifts to keep the elevator productive the entire window. Hours do not affect tariff rates — weekend work is billed at the same rate as weekday work.
Can you store our furniture during a build-out?
Yes. Our climate-controlled warehouse near King of Prussia accepts inventoried, palletized storage for any duration. Many Wayne and Radnor firms use storage during build-out — we move them out of the old space, store the items, then redeliver to the new space once construction is finished. Inventory is tracked, shrink-wrapped, and indexed by item. Storage is billed under our PUC tariff at a per-pallet monthly rate. We can also stage redeliveries in waves if your new-space build-out progresses by phase.
Do you handle desk-side packing for partners and executives?
Yes. Desk-side packing is an add-on service we recommend for partner and executive offices. Our packers come to the office before move day and pack personal items, books, decor, framed art, awards, and credenza contents into labeled boxes assigned to that office. The partner can leave the office on Friday with their personal items packed and ready to travel. The same packers unpack and place items at the destination so the office is ready for the partner to use Monday morning. Many Main Line firms use desk-side packing for the senior team and self-pack for everyone else.
