West Chester borough is the trickiest part of Chester County for apartment moves. Do all Chester County apartment buildings require a Certificate of Insurance?
Most luxury communities in Malvern, Exton, Frazer, and the new Bridge Street developments in Phoenixville require a Certificate of Insurance before move day. Smaller Victorian walk-ups in West Chester borough and historic apartments in Downingtown often do not. Either way, LiteMovers issues a COI at no extra cost the same day you book, and we send it directly to your property manager. If your building has its own COI template, we match it.
How do you handle moves into West Chester University area apartments?
West Chester student rentals are mostly Victorian walk-ups with narrow staircases and on-street parking only. We send a smaller truck (16-foot or 20-foot) and a larger crew so the move stays efficient. We handle the West Chester borough parking permit application before move day. Most student moves cluster around the May semester end and the August move-in window, so book at least four weeks ahead for those dates.
Can you move a luxury apartment at Atwater, Uptown Worthington, or another Malvern community?
