Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed and insured for local and long‑distance moves originating in Pennsylvania. Certificates of insurance (COIs) are available for buildings that require them.
How do I get an estimate?

Do you handle same‑building or in‑home moves?
Yes. We can rearrange rooms, move items between floors, or complete short moves within the same building, with protection for stairs, doors, and floors.
Packing & Supplies
Can you handle all packing?
Yes. We offer full and partial packing. We can pack kitchens, closets, libraries, and fragile decor. We bring sturdy boxes, wardrobe cartons, dish packs, TV protection, and the right padding for each item.
Can I do some packing myself?
Of course. Many families pack clothing, linens, and non‑breakables. We can focus on kitchens, artwork, and delicate items. See our packing tips for simple systems that work well.
Do you provide packing supplies?
Yes. We can deliver boxes and materials ahead of time or bring them on pack day. If you prefer to purchase your own supplies, we can advise on quantities and sizes.
How do you label boxes for easy unpacking?
We use short, clear labels tied to room names. We can add color stickers by room and “open first” tags for priority boxes. This speeds up delivery and unpacking.
Moving Day
What happens when the crew arrives?
The crew leader introduces the team, confirms the plan, and walks through the home. We protect floors, doors, and railings, then begin loading room by room. We keep communication short and clear so the day stays calm.
How do you protect furniture and homes?
We wrap furniture in padded blankets, shrink wrap sofas and mattresses, and use door, floor, and banister protection. Elevators and lobbies are protected as required by building rules.
Do you disassemble and reassemble furniture?
Yes. We remove legs, headboards, and shelves when needed and reassemble them at delivery. We bag small hardware and label it so nothing gets lost.
Can I change the plan on move day?
We will do our best to help. Please tell your coordinator about changes as early as possible so we can staff properly and keep the timeline steady.
Storage
What if my move‑in date is later?
We offer secure storage solutions using sealed wooden vaults at our warehouse. Your items stay clean, organized, and ready for scheduled delivery when your keys are ready.
How safe is the storage?
Vaults remain sealed and stacked in a protected area. We track each vault by number and keep a simple inventory. Your items are not co‑mingled with other shipments.
Can I access stored items?
Yes. Contact your coordinator to schedule access. We will stage the vault for retrieval so your visit is quick and efficient.
Specialty Items
Do you move pianos?
Yes. We move uprights and baby grands with the proper equipment and protection. Please mention stair counts and tight turns during your survey so we can plan safely.
Can you move artwork and antiques?
Yes. We pad, box, or crate art and antiques with the right materials. For very delicate or oversized pieces, we design custom crating.
What about fitness equipment or safes?
We move treadmills, ellipticals, and similar items. For safes and specialty items, we will review size, weight, and access and confirm an approach.
Apartments, Condos & High‑Rises
Do you work with buildings that need COIs or elevator bookings?
Yes. We coordinate with management to deliver COIs, reserve elevators, and plan loading. We confirm windows a week before your move.
How do you handle tight city streets?
We plan truck sizes and routes that fit your block and loading rules. We stage safely and keep neighbors and building staff informed.
Long‑Distance & Between Cities
Do you move between Philadelphia and Pittsburgh?
Yes. We run relocations in both directions. Many families and professionals move between the two cities for work or school. We keep one crew on the job from start to finish.
Do you handle other long‑distance moves?

Do you help with senior moves or rightsizing?
