Q: Is this a final price or a guaranteed quote?
A: No. This is a non-binding estimate based on the information you provided. Your final cost may be lower or higher depending on actual time, materials used, and services performed.
Q: What does “minimum time” mean?
A: Litemovers has a minimum time commitment for labor (usually 4 hours). If your move takes less time, you are still billed for the minimum.
Q: What is flat travel time?
A: Flat travel time is a standard charge that accounts for our crew driving to and from your locations. It’s separate from the labor time and is charged at the hourly rate.
Q: Can I reserve my move date?
A: We book on a first-come, first-served basis. Dates cannot be held without confirmation and deposit.
Q: What if I need to change or cancel my move?
A: Contact us as soon as possible. We understand plans change and will do our best to accommodate your needs within our schedule.
Q: What’s included in “standard prep materials”?
A: Basic materials such as tape, shrink wrap, and floor runners to protect your belongings and home.
Q: What is not included in my estimate?
A: Packing, packing materials, and any optional services like TV box/crating, insurance upgrades, and junk removal unless specifically requested.
Q: What if I want additional insurance?
A: We offer Full Value Protection at $10 per $1,000 declared value (with a $250 deductible). An inventory is required for this coverage.
