I cannot rave enough about this company. Starting with Joan (telephone) and arranging the move effortlessly for me and reassured me everything will be fine. The cost is very affordable and fair as I have moved 6 times I know when I'm being taken advantage of. Joan kept me informed via email several times before the move to ask if I had any questions and I did have a few and they were answered with great reassurance. The day of the move began in Gladwyne, PA at a retirement home and they are exceptionally fussing about everything much less a move. The guys, Frank and Don, arrived 15 minutes early (I was not there, I live in northern NJ across from NYC). By the time they got in the building, it was 9:00 am. Their wrapping of the highly fragile pieces was perfect and the large pieces of furniture were wrapped in "blankets" and taped. Excellent job. Frank and Don kept me posted on their driving to NJ. I live in a very large, confusing apartment complex and their final call to me told me they were outside. I looked from my balcony and there they were UNDER my window. UPS and FdEx get lost all the time and they are here 3 times a day. Both guys were very nice, friendly, clean cut, thorough, fast, neat, cautious and wore a litemovers' jacket. THE ENTIRE MOVE TOOK 3 1/2 HOURS! Now, remember it started in PA and ended in northern NJ. Not so much as a piece of tape was left on the floor - nothing. Frank and Don were very neat. I have a need for them again in a few months and I have no reservations nor any concerns about hiring litemovers for that move. As I mentioned before I have moved 6 times in my life and never, ever has a move gone without some kind of a hitch until today. I called Joan (remember her in the beginning) after the guys left and told her everything went smoothly and she was thrilled and again, super friendly. Do yourself a big favor and hire this company. You will have no problems as they are very professional and very experienced. They take pride in their company and want to make everyone happy during the unsettling time of moving. Lynn Harland
